SPORTS DAY | 2010-01-07
16th June 2009 – we organized another Sports Day for our students and teachers. This time we decided to change the system – there were four sports to choose and sign up for: cricket tournament (played on the outside pitch behind the school), floorball tournament (played in the gym), badminton (played in Sport Center Ostrava in Komensky`s Park) and a cycling trip around Ostrava (45 kilometers total).
Well, both the Middle School and Secondary School students did their best to win the tournaments and become famous. The matches were terrific and tough. The very last match took place in the school gym – students vs. teachers, floorball. The teachers were highly motivated this year to pay back their loss from last year and finally, the students were beaten - no chance for them and no mercy.
