Bodies Exhibition | 2009-12-07
On Wed 24th of October some students of grade 10, 11 and 12 went for a trip to Prague. Part of a programme was the exhibition “Bodies” in Lucerna Palace on Vaclavske namesti. Students had a chance to see literally every part of human body on real human specimen made by special process called polymer preservation. Back in school, students were confronted with some concerns regarding the exhibition, especially the origin of human bodies used and they could make up their own opinion about it.
I think that bodies where really interesting. It showed me a different view of human’s bodies, what does the body cells, organs, veins look like.
SH (Stana Horakova)
I was really impressed. The most amazing was the fact that it wasn’t just model but real human body.
V.Krcmar
It was very interesting. I liked it because it was first time I’ve seen something like this. The trip to Prague was nicely flavoured by this exhibition.
R.Kozub
It was incredible, but I thought it would be better.
M.Cechova
It was great but I expect it to be more human.
K.Hajkova
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW AMAZING
S.Pieranova
I didn’t like it much. I’ve seen it before in US and it was bigger and more interesting there.
G.Kocianova
Rather positive response although the origin of those bodies is not clear and nobody seems to be interested in their past. It´s rather business but overall nice.
