We have got Berdík! What is it? And why?

Because we connect a theory with an experience. Because we want our students and teachers to try, do and maintain (Mr Yoda would disagree…:-). Because we want biology and community involvement to be interesting and inspirational.

We grow herbs and other plants in this unique compost and we maintain the whole thing and process it in order to learn the basic rules of such growing. And we gonna harvest something eventually!

Berdík is located next to our community compost KOMKOM in the garden of the kindergarten which belongs to our partner international school TOIS. You can stop by and have a look at it, but only till the end of June. Then it will be moved to the community garden at Černá Louka for the summer time.
